Ensure that the property's buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality standards.

Troubleshooting problems
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule, requiring weekend, evening, and morning availability, Frequent exposure to outside elements where temperature, weather, odors, and/or landscape may be unpleasant and/or hazardous, Employees must be able to physically access all exterior and interior parts of the community and amenities, Employees must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to twenty (20) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance, Routine local travel may be required

Must Have
Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues within buildings and common areas, Troubleshooting problems, Making repairs in compliance with safety standards and codes, Performing preventive maintenance to ensure functionality, Thoroughness in completing tasks such as pre-move-out inspections, maintenance work orders, and documentation, Managing inventory, Scheduling vendors and contractors, Obtaining supplies, Keeping track of materials used, Adhering to safety protocols and regulations, Participation in safety meetings, Prompt reporting of accidents or incidents, Effective communication with management, residents, vendors, and contractors, Must have or be willing to obtain EPA certifications Type and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling, Must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property, High School diploma/GED and related experience and/or training, Employees must be able to physically access all exterior and interior parts of the community and amenities, Employees must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to twenty (20) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance, Routine local travel may be required, Employees must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions, Employees must have valid driver’s license to drive while visiting property

Completing work orders for resident requests and preventive maintenance
Conducting inspections to ensure quality and address property needs
Preparing vacant apartments for new tenants
Managing inventory and ordering supplies
Maintaining documentation
Assisting in grounds upkeep
