Must Have
Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues, Troubleshooting problems, Making repairs in compliance with safety standards and codes, Performing preventive maintenance, Pre-move-out inspections, Maintenance work orders, Managing inventory, Scheduling vendors and contractors, Obtaining supplies, Keeping track of materials used, Adhering to safety protocols and regulations, Participation in safety meetings, Prompt reporting of accidents or incidents, Effective communication with management, residents, vendors, and contractors, Must have or be willing to obtain EPA certifications Type and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling, Must have valid driver’s license, High School diploma/GED and related experience and/or training, Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs regularly and occasionally heavier loads, Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching, Ability to climb ladders and work at heights, Manual dexterity for handling tools and equipment, Ability to work in varying environmental conditions, Good vision and hearing for safety and equipment operation, Ability to work full-time, Comfortable working in noisy, dusty, or confined spaces, Ability to operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment, Knowledge of safety protocols, Ability to wear required PPE, Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics, Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, Compliance with company policies and OSHA regulations
