What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3-5 years of related experience, Basic computer skills, Ability to navigate standard workplace software, EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling, All certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions, Valid driver's license

What You'll Do.
Diagnose and repair defects
Complete preventative maintenance
Complete make-ready process
Inspect vacant apartments
Create maintenance punch lists
Schedule vendors and contractors
Obtain needed supplies and materials
Complete all maintenance tasks
Inspect completed work
Notify supervisor of re-ordering needs
Complete documentation and paperwork
Pick up trash and debris
Pressure-wash breezeways and pool areas
Perform general cleaning
Paint curbs and signage
Fix rather than replace parts
Avoid waste of materials
Practice correct tool use
Comply with safety policies
Participate in safety meetings
Complete required safety training
Report accidents and incidents
