Diagnose and repair defects

Complete preventative maintenance

Complete make-ready process

Inspect vacant apartments

Create maintenance punch lists

Schedule vendors and contractors

Obtain needed supplies and materials

Complete all maintenance tasks

Inspect completed work

Notify supervisor of re-ordering needs

Complete documentation and paperwork

Pick up trash and debris

Pressure-wash breezeways and pool areas

Perform general cleaning
