stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas, work inside and outside in all weather conditions, push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to twenty-five (25) pounds independently, push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to fifty (50) pounds with assistance, Rare or regular travel may be required, work a flexible work schedule, taking “call” during evenings, weekends and holidays
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling, all certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions, valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property

Complete assigned work orders
Complete the “make-ready” process
Follow procedures for accessing materials
Complete documentation and paperwork
Assist in maintaining grounds and common areas
Support cost-cutting and expense control programs
