**Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!** # Responsibilities: * Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation while minimizing downtime. * Troubleshoot, repair, and replace mechanical components including shafts, bearings, chains, sprockets, gears, belts, and mechanical drive systems. * Diagnose and resolve issues with electro-pneumatic systems using strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. * Competently utilize digital electrical meters to test continuity, voltage, and resistance, demonstrating a practical understanding of both AC and DC circuits. * Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain photoelectric and proximity sensors to ensure proper machine operation and automation reliability. * Assist senior maintenance technicians with equipment installation, advanced repairs, and root cause analysis while adhering to established safety and maintenance procedures. * Accurately document maintenance activities, equipment conditions, and repairs, and maintain organized records, tools, and work areas in accordance with company standards. * Collaborate with production and operations teams to schedule maintenance activities, support continuous improvement initiatives, # Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems. * 2+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field. * Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and machinery. * Ability to read and follow maintenance manuals, blueprints, and schematics. * Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for minor mechanical or electrical issues. * Proficiency with basic hand tools and equipment. ‎ ‎ The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
