Required to wear company-provided personal protective equipment including eye protection, foot protection, hard hat, Tyvek coveralls, and respirator, Ability to maneuver around heavy equipment including bending, climbing, crawling, manual dexterity, and occasionally lifting and carrying objects weighing up to 50 pounds, Must be able to pass a DEA background check when relevant, Must be willing and able to abide by Clean Earth’s Core Values and Code of Conduct, physically active role, lifting and carrying objects weighing approximately 40 pounds
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School diploma or GED, Experience 2+ years in maintenance related field, Must pass physical, drug test and background check, Understanding of safety, lockout/tagout, and compliance protocols
Nice to Have
Certification or license in boiler, welding or electrical field, Associate Degree from a two-year college or technical school in related field, Knowledge of hazardous materials handling and OSHA training, A knowledge of electrical, carpentry and plumbing, Ability to communicate fluently in English
What You'll Do.
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on conveyors
roofing and other related items around the location
conducting diagnostic assessments
scheduling and performing repairs and maintenance on all plant equipment
Perform tasks for the upkeep of buildings and grounds
electrical and mechanical skills for minor repairs
Perform preventive maintenance of pumps and motors
Ability to read manuals to assist in repairs
Always maintain a clean and pristine work area
Develop preventative maintenance procedures
document completed work orders and perform other assignments to ensure a safe
clean healthy and efficient facility
Perform other reasonably related tasks as assigned by management
