What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years of handyman, maintenance, or facilities experience, Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, field-based role, Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Nice to Have
3+ years of commercial facilities maintenance experience, Experience in restaurants, hospitality, or multi-site environments, HVAC/R experience or trade school background
