What You'll Do.
Complete work orders within designated time frame
Complete turnover on all apartments within 5 days
Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems
Perform maintenance of electrical systems
Maintain and repair plumbing and heating components
and paint building interior and exterior
Maintain and repair locks
Maintain and complete documentation for fire extinguishers
Perform manual repairs when necessary
Participate in ongoing technical
and operational process
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Document work performance and materials procurement
