What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Experience as Maintenance Technician, Worked at apartment community, EPA Type II or Universal certification, Reliable transportation
Nice to Have
CPO preferred
What You'll Do.
Troubleshoot and repair apartments
Communicate with Maintenance Supervisor
Record status of service requests
Complete make ready turns within 7 days
Ensure inventory of parts and supplies
Use supplies cost efficiently
Inspect and repair all areas
Adhere to health and safety procedures
Implement preventative maintenance
Work as a team with office staff
Complete records in Yardi
Use Sparkle for inspection tool
Engage in healthy debate with leadership
