Here, you will find more than just a job—you will find purpose and pride. ## **Your role at Baxter** The Maintenance Technician I is a Salaried Non-Exempt position which ensures safe and efficient operation of plant manufacturing equipment through hands on maintenance and maintenance related initiatives. Support plant production through troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs of manufacturing equipment, fixtures, and systems through preventative maintenance procedures and root cause analysis. ## **Your Team** You’ll be part of a collaborative manufacturing team that prides itself on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
