Must Have
Knowledge of safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment, Previous experience with painting, Previous experience with entry level carpentry, Previous experience with appliance repair, Previous experience with basic plumbing, High level of professionalism in both manner and dress, Excellent communication skills: ability to read, write and communicate effectively, Proficient in MS Office Suite, Completes assigned work orders, Completes the “make-ready” process, Follows procedures for accessing and obtaining materials, Completes documentation and other paperwork, Assists in maintaining the grounds, common areas, and amenities, Supports cost-cutting and expense control programs, Complies with Greystar’s safety and risk-management policies, Attending and participating in the property’s routine safety meetings, Completing required training on OSHA and other safety related laws and requirements, Reporting accidents and incidents promptly and accurately, Assists in conducting routine and periodic property inspections, EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling, All certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions, Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property if applicable

What You'll Do.
Complete resident service requests and repairs
Prepare apartments for new move ins
Maintain cleanliness of exterior buildings and parking areas
Assist with vendor management
Perform routine maintenance and inspections for equipment
Diagnose source or cause of defect or problem
Make repairs in accordance with established policies
Complete pre-move-out inspection
Create a "punch" list of maintenance work needed
Schedule vendors and contractors
Obtain needed supplies and materials
Complete all maintenance tasks
Inspect completed work
Notify maintenance supervisor about re-ordering needs
Pick up trash and debris
Pressure-wash breezeways and pool areas
Perform general cleaning
Paint curbs and signage
Fix rather than replace parts
