What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance or equivalent applied experience, Experience and ability to read prints/schematics required, Must be able to work with limited supervision, Effective written and oral communication skills necessary
Nice to Have
1-2 years of experience working in maintenance for a manufacturing company, Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and welding is beneficial

Develop solutions to resolve machine issues
Use fabricating skills
Test equipment using PLC
Make adjustments to equipment using PLC
Comply with safety regulations
Comply with lean manufacturing principles
Work with other mechanics
Work with engineering
Work with manufacturing
Ensure continuous operations
Provide general facilities maintenance
