What They're Looking For.
Must Have
AS degree in Industrial Maintenance and Electronic Controls or equivalent education with 3-5 years of experience, minimum of a high school diploma or GED with 5-7 years of related work experience in Industrial Maintenance and Electronic Controls, Minimum of eight years’ experience in a manufacturing facility, proficient in all phases of mechanical troubleshooting, proficient in hydraulics, proficient in pneumatic equipment, Ability to lay out, assemble, install, and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, Ability to solve practical problems dealing with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists, Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, schematic, or schedule form, Support all ISO 14001 Standards and Quality Objectives, Comply with cGMP, HACCP Food Safety Requirements and Chain of Custody Program Requirements, Comply with all OHSE procedures and policies, required PPE’s, standard operating procedures, quality policies and regulations

# **Job Description** Summary: Under broad supervision ensure product quality by providing maintenance support through the design, installation, and maintenance of Plant Electronic systems. Additionally, supplying support for the installation, maintenance and repair of all machinery, equipment, and physical structures throughout the plant. Job Responsibilities: Provide all required electronic system maintenance work, including work orders, preventive and predictive maintenance throughout the plant. Ensure efficient and effective utilization of equipment and tool resources to minimize waste, downtime and unit cost. Communicate with all team members and other plant personnel as required for the efficient execution of the electronic maintenance program. Provide coverage for plant operations during all plant production periods, sharing in regular and overtime requirements as well as coverage during periods of other team member vacations and absences. Support plant equipment maintenance during available non-production times. Ability to lay out, assemble, install, and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, and repairs and replace gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and other related equipment, as needed. Utilize maintenance software to accurately; create, track, and close all work orders, parts orders, and inventory control. Ability to solve practical problems dealing with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, schematic, or schedule form. Support all ISO 14001 Standards and Quality Objectives.
