Amazon is looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to assist in maintenance and routine service of our remote controlled devices. The qualified candidate will require mechanical skills, electrical integration skills and assembly experience. You will be part of a larger development effort working independently in a highly collaborative environment. The candidate will join a Research and Development team working on inventing and developing new transformative experiences. The candidate is expected to work closely with Engineering, Flight Operations, and other Prime Air teams to deliver on their assigned responsibilities. This individual should possess strong analytical skills, be a self-starter, and work well independently. Key job responsibilities: • Demonstrate understanding of fleet performance metrics. • Demonstrate adherence to FAA regulations and Prime Air directives and processes. • Manage fleet spare parts and inventory. • Demonstrate proactive safety mindset in ambiguous situations. • Follow instructions outlined in standard operating procedures and work instructions.
