2 years of maintenance experience, Proficient skills in at least two technical trades, Ability to work a flexible schedule, Ability to work on-call shifts, Reliable mode of transportation, Comfort with physical activity, Ability to read, write, and speak English
Nice to Have
Maintenance experience in facilities or building environment
What You'll Do.
Provide excellent service to residents
Follow process for completion of basic apartment turns
Complete resident requested repairs
Perform routine maintenance
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing
Troubleshoot and repair electrical components
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment
Troubleshoot and repair appliances
Provide functional/technical direction to other technicians
Train other Maintenance Technicians
Assist with managing vendor quality
Perform move-in inspections
Perform move-out inspections
