Provide excellent service to residents

Make apartment ready for move-in
Complete resident requested repairs
Perform routine maintenance
Troubleshoot plumbing
Troubleshoot electrical components
Repair electrical components
Replace electrical components
Troubleshoot HVAC equipment
Repair HVAC equipment
Replace HVAC equipment
Troubleshoot appliances
Provide technical direction to technicians
Train other maintenance technicians
Support development of technical skills
Assist with managing vendor quality
