Job Description We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to work onsite at Bay Apartments in San Diego, CA. AIR Communities uses industry leading technology for a modern approach to maintenance so our Maintenance Technicians can help as many residents as possible each day. Whether you are turning an apartment to create the perfect move-in experience for new residents or resolving service requests to ensure that our current residents feel at home, every day is filled with new challenges. What We Offer AIR offers attractive compensation packages that reward hard work and excellent customer service including: * The hourly range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job. * Monthly Customer Service Satisfaction Bonuses.
