What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2 years of maintenance experience, Proficient skills in at least two technical trades, Ability to work a flexible schedule, Ability to work on-call shifts, Reliable mode of transportation, Comfort with physical activity, Ability to read, write, and speak English
Nice to Have
Maintenance experience in facilities or building environment
What You'll Do.
Provide excellent service to residents
Provide assistance to team members
Follow AIR’s process for completion of basic apartment
Complete resident requested repairs
Complete routine maintenance
Troubleshoot plumbing
Troubleshoot basic electrical components
Repair basic electrical components
Replace basic electrical components
Troubleshoot HVAC equipment
Repair HVAC equipment
Replace HVAC equipment
Troubleshoot appliances
Provide functional/technical direction to other Maintenance Technicians
Provide training to other Maintenance Technicians
Support development of technical skills
Assist with managing vendor quality
Perform move-in inspections
Perform move-out inspections
