help as many residents as possible each day; make the apartment ready for the next resident’s perfect move-in experience; consistently providing positive resident experiences

Detail-oriented problem solver
on-call shifts (at least one week a month), respond to emergency service requests while on-call after hours, move heavy equipment and machinery
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
At least 2 years of maintenance experience, Proficient skills in at least two technical trades (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry, etc.), Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, 7-day work weeks, and on-call shifts, A reliable mode of transportation to respond to emergency service requests while on-call after hours, Comfort with physical activity as you must be able and willing to move heavy equipment and machinery, Ability to read, write, and speak English
Nice to Have
preferably in some form of facilities or building environment
What You'll Do.
Provide excellent service to residents
Follow AIR’s process for completion of basic apartment turns
Complete resident requested repairs and routine maintenance
Troubleshoot and repair/replace plumbing
Troubleshoot and repair/replace basic electrical components
Troubleshoot and repair/replace HVAC equipment
Troubleshoot and repair/replace appliances
May assist with managing vendor quality
May perform move-in/move-out inspections
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
assistance to team members; May provide functional/technical direction and training to other Maintenance Technicians; support the development of technical skills
Communication Scope
Ability to read, write, and speak English
