What You'll Achieve.
Help as many residents as possible each day; Ensure perfect move-in experience for new residents; Ensure current residents feel at home

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2 years of maintenance experience, Proficient in at least two technical trades, Ability to work a flexible schedule, Ability to work on-call shifts, Reliable mode of transportation, Comfort with physical activity, Ability to read, write, and speak English
Nice to Have
Maintenance experience in facilities or building environment
What You'll Do.
Provide excellent service to residents
Follow AIR's process for completion of basic apartment
Complete resident requested repairs
Complete routine maintenance
Troubleshoot plumbing
Troubleshoot electrical components
Repair electrical components
Troubleshoot HVAC equipment
Repair HVAC equipment
Troubleshoot appliances
Provide functional/technical direction to technicians
Train other Maintenance Technicians
Assist with managing vendor quality
Perform move-in inspections
Perform move-out inspections
