Action is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician I to join our Pacific team located in Long Beach. Compensation: $ 23.00- $25.00 Per Hour Schedule: Sunday 9:00am-5:30pm Monday 9:00am-5:30pm Tuesday 8:00am-4:30pm Wednesday 8:00am-4:30pm Thursday 8:00am-4:30pm What You’ll Do (Job Duties) As a Maintenance Technician I, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing the common areas and amenities of the HOA community. This includes performing preventative maintenance tasks such as inspecting systems, changing filters, and ensuring safety compliance. You'll also respond to maintenance requests, troubleshoot and repair issues involving plumbing, electrical, or HVAC systems, and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of common areas. The role requires quick response to emergencies like leaks or outages and coordination with outside vendors to ensure high-quality, timely work. Who You Are (Skills/Experience) Minimum of 1 year of Maintenance experience, preferably in hospitality or property management EPA 608 Universal preferred Must be at least 18 years of age and pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening Hands-on experience or coursework in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Painting, and Drywall is highly des
