Warehouse environment will include wet or humid conditions, extreme cold and heat, working near moving mechanical parts, exposure to fumes or airborne particles, and chemicals, Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but can be loud, Occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds, Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, Specific vision includes close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus, Frequently required to walk; use hands to handle or reach with hands, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, talk or hear
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1+ years of related experience and/or training in an industrial mechanical maintenance or food manufacturing, Ability to operate a forklift, genie lift, or scissor lift, Can understand and follow oral and written instructions, Ability to read and write the following: work orders, instructions, daily reports, and machine manuals, Ability to receive and relate orders/information using various communication devices, Basic computer skills, Ability to work independently
Nice to Have
Vocational Diploma, Technical Diploma, or associate’s degree from a technical maintenance or vocational school, Working knowledge of AC/DC electrical systems as they pertain to the preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair
What You'll Do.
Ensures the safe operation of equipment and machinery
Assists with troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems
Resolves equipment malfunctions by evaluating performance breakdowns
Assisting with installing
and maintaining mechanical equipment
Performs visual and basic preventive and predictive maintenance schedules
Receives work order/request
reviews to determine needs
Ensure all assigned work and preventative maintenance tasks are completed
Follow all work instructions and document all appropriate records

Team & Collaboration
interact productively with all levels of team personnel and outside contractors; Coordinates with supervisor regarding all short-term repairs and long-term repairs
Communication Scope
understand and follow oral and written instructions; read and write; receive and relate orders/information
Process & Methodology
Receives work order/request, reviews to determine tools, equipment, time, manpower, parts, and supplies needed
