Able to lift up to 75lbs, Walking, bending, kneeling and standing frequently, Able to use the step ladder and work in elevated heights, General factory environment, Works around moving machinery and heavy equipment

Must Have
high school diploma or GED
What You'll Do.
Troubleshoot and repair problems on plant facilities and production equipment
Assist in the implementations and improvement of effective preventive maintenance programs
Perform scheduled maintenance on facilities and production equipment
Maintain and update equipment records
Complete all work in accordance with IOSHA
JIC and IDNR standards
Complete correspondence
forms and reports using personal computer
Maintain department repair parts stock and inventory
and productive manner
Attend daily pre-shift meetings and carry out assigned work loads
Communicate with maintenance manager and maintenance area/shift leaders
Work with vendors and/or contractors
Work with all shifts in design and development of improving methods
Adjust shifts as necessary
Follow and support Magna Body & Chassis Iowa and Magna’s operating principles
Support efforts to achieve department and plant goals
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Communicate with maintenance manager and maintenance area/shift leaders, and other plant personnel about maintenance concerns; Work with vendors and/or contractors; Work with all shifts in design and development of improving methods and equipment through continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles
