Industry & Context.
Availability to work full-time: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm with emergency on-call rotation as designated by the Community Manager, emergency on-call rotation
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1 or more years of related experience that demonstrates a broad knowledge of general maintenance, A valid driver’s license with proof of insurance, High school diploma or equivalent
Nice to Have
EPA Type & II, CAMT, and/or CPO certifications are a plus!
What You'll Do.
performing unit make-readies and maintenance requirements
assisting with snow removal
equipment upkeep and basic level service requests
Physical activities related to exterior grounds maintenance
Pool water management if applicable
perform unit make-ready process as well as intermediate level repairs
Participating in move-in/out inspection process
General property maintenance
Participating in snow event preparation and removal
Responding to periodic after hours “emergency” maintenance requests
Participating in community and equipment related preventative maintenance tasks
Participating in inventory management of maintenance line items
