The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining the resort's facilities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. This position offers a variety of responsibilities, including preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and responding to guest requests with efficiency and professionalism. As the Maintenance Technician 1, you will: * Execute engineering projects as assigned by resort leadership, ensuring timely and efficient completion. * Perform preventive maintenance tasks to maintain the optimal functionality of resort facilities and equipment. * Complete basic maintenance tasks, including painting, caulking, and repairing wall damage. * Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues related to toilets, tubs, jacuzzis, showers, faucets, and sinks. * Reset circuit breakers and GFCIs, replace bulbs, and measure voltage using appropriate tools. * Install, replace, and troubleshoot TVs, remote
