Employment eligibility verification, CPR/First Aid training, Tuberculosis Test, Background Screening, Drug Test, Reliable transportation, Valid driver’s license, Proof of insurance and ownership for personal vehicles used during work duties, Ability to qualify for PATH's insurance coverage, Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
Nice to Have
High school diploma or GED certificate, Two (2) years of multi-family apartment maintenance experience
What You'll Do.
Perform routine duties for repairs
Perform preventative maintenance
Perform facility upkeep
Ensure safe operation of facilities
Simple electrical work
Maintain grounds and buildings
Keep common areas clean
Assist with unit turnovers
Repair plumbing systems and fixtures
Replace/repair flooring
Perform light masonry work
Record preventative maintenance processes
Inspect facilities for safety compliance
Maintain maintenance shop
Respond to safety-related projects
Maintain records of work performed
Clean apartment units
Participate in emergencies
Maintain inventories of supplies
Operate construction tools
Operate woodworking tools
Operate building maintenance tools
