JOB SUMMARY Join our amazing production team in Commerce, CA (just north of the Citadel). Provide maintenance support and repairs to production machinery and facility for a 24 hr. / 7-day manufacturing operation. Additionally, performs the duties of Facilities Support as required. Maintenance work hours are subject to vary. SCHEDULE * Wed - Sun, 8:15PM to 4:30AM (rotating work days) KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES * Production Support: Respond in a timely manner to all maintenance requests on the production floor. Train production technicians in the proper setup and copy troubleshooting techniques. Provide training and assistance to production technicians as needed to help maximize production output and minimize downtime through the utilization of proper production techniques and handling practices. 30% * Troubleshooting & Repairs: Effectively diagnose mechanical and basic electrical problems in assigned area (facility, machinery, equipment, etc.) Make timely and accurate repairs, as necessary, during production Utilize illustrated parts breakdown manuals and operational manuals in the repair, modification, and maintenance of equipment. 30% * Preventative Maintenance: Inspect machinery for potential problems on a daily basis. Documents problems and schedules work/repairs as appropriate. Respond to all assigned maintenance work orders in a timely manner.
