Perform data collection

Perform troubleshooting and repair of industrial HVAC equipment
Perform general maintenance tasks on laundry equipment
Perform general maintenance tasks on commercial kitchen equipment
Perform general maintenance tasks on domestic water systems
Perform general maintenance tasks on fire protection systems
Perform general maintenance tasks on alarm systems
Respond to residential work orders
Assist Plant Operations Manager with heating equipment
Assist Plant Operations Manager with boiler equipment
Assist Plant Operations Manager with chiller equipment
Utilize maintenance management system software
