troubleshooting skills in all aspects of distribution center maintenance including electrical, mechanical, breakdown, and analytical areas of the business; analytical areas of the business; Root Cause Analysis or other systematic problem-solving exposure

Eligibility Requirements

Must be able to crawl, bend, lift up to 50 lbs., climb, and work at up to 50 ft. heights, Distinguish different wire colors, must be able to stand most or all of shift in a wide range of temperatures, work in a wide range of temperatures

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

3-5 years of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical maintenance, or carpentry in a distribution environment, technical skills and be willing to attend conveyor specific training, score a minimum of 50 percentile on the Bennet’s Mechanical Aptitude test, Must be able to crawl, bend, lift up to 50 lbs., climb, and work at up to 50 ft. heights, Distinguish different wire colors, must be able to stand most or all of shift in a wide range of temperatures

Nice to Have

Technical school or technical training preferred, PLC programming and controls in an automated environment, paints, coatings, and adhesives applications, Root Cause Analysis or other systematic problem-solving exposure, mathematics applied to industry

What You'll Do.

and maintain machinery

respond to process trouble calls

integrate safe work practices

assist with battery changing

maintain a neat and clean work area

assist in the installation of electrical conduit

and other electromechanical equipment

assist in the repair of mechanical and operational problems on assigned equipment (i. e. conveyor/sortation

plan and take appropriate corrective action

assist in testing electrical

replace known individual components in these systems

develop and present training and communication sessions for the department related to new

or equipment operations familiar to C-Tech issues

operate and troubleshoot label application equipment

assist in routine preventative maintenance inspection of assigned equipment

lubricate stationery and moving equipment with oils

greases and other lubricants

access work assignments via computerized maintenance management system

print work orders via computerized maintenance management system

enter feedback from field findings via computerized maintenance management system

assist fellow associates

perform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor
