Must Have
3-5 years of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical maintenance, or carpentry in a distribution environment, technical skills, willing to attend conveyor specific training, score a minimum of 50 percentile on the Bennet’s Mechanical Aptitude test, High School Diploma or GED, able to crawl, bend, lift up to 50 lbs., climb, and work at up to 50 ft. heights, Distinguish different wire colors, able to stand most or all of shift in a wide range of temperatures
Nice to Have
Technical school or technical training, PLC programming and controls in an automated environment, paints, coatings, and adhesives applications, Root Cause Analysis or other systematic problem-solving exposure, Familiar with gearboxes and electric motors, v-belts and pulleys, mathematics applied to industry, Familiar with sprockets and chains used as power transmission, Understand, confidently use, and maintain shop tools

C-level maintenance technicians perform various skilled tasks to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machinery, building, and equipment. Advancement to this position requires skills developed through experience and training in manufacturing and distribution environments along with successful completion of a mechanical aptitude test and interview process. **What You’ll Do:** * Demonstrate troubleshooting skills in all aspects of distribution center maintenance including electrical, mechanical, breakdown, and analytical areas of the business sufficient to respond to most (approximately 80%) process trouble calls.
