Our teams are the heart of our success, and we value professionalism, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to service. **About the Role ** We’re looking for a dependable and service-oriented Maintenance Technician to support the day-to-day maintenance operations of a luxury condominium community. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, this role plays a key part in keeping common areas and residential units operating smoothly, safely, and efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on skills who enjoys variety and takes pride in quality work. **What You’ll Do ** * Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs in common areas and residential units. * Handle entry-level tasks including light plumbing, basic electrical work, painting, drywall patching, carpentry, and lock repairs. * Assist with HVAC-related tasks such as filter replacement and basic inspections. * Support move-ins and move-outs by preparing common areas and assisting with logistics. * Escort vendors and contractors, operate freight elevators as needed, and conduct walkthroughs before and after work is completed. * Assist with general building upkeep, porter duties, and package handling when needed. * Serve as backup support to the Maintenance Supervisor when required. **Requirements** **What You Need to Succeed ** * General maintenance experience or strong mechanical aptitude. * Willingness to be on-call or respond to after-hours emergencies. * Strong teamwork, communication, and customer service skills. * Reliability, attention to detail, and a proact
