What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Valid driver’s license, One (1) year experience in all phases of general maintenance, One (1) year experience in facilities maintenance
Nice to Have
High school diploma or equivalent, Electrical Journeyman licensure, Master’s Electrician licensure, HVAC Refrigerant licensure
What You'll Do.
Perform general maintenance work
Assure tools are clean and stored
Maintain inventory on materials
Follow hospital guidelines for safety
Maintain compliance with policies
Ensure facilities and equipment are maintained
Operate and maintain equipment
Respond to on-call duties
