Valid driver’s license. ** _PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:_ EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:** 1\. High school diploma or equivalent. 2\. Electrical Journeyman licensure 3\. Master’s Electrician licensure 4\. HVAC Refrigerant licensure **EXPERIENCE:** 1\. One (1) year experience in all phases of general maintenance. 2\. One (1) year experience in facilities maintenance. **CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** The statements described here are intended to describe the general nature of work being performed by people assigned to this position. Maintains compliance with hospital and departmental policies and Government Codes and procedures for safety, security, and infection control. 4\. Ensures the facilities and equipment for department services is maintained to promote comfort, efficiency and safety for patients and staff. 5\. Operates and cleans and maintains equipment per department & safety procedures. 6\. Uses required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) safety equipment when in the department. 7\.
