What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Diploma in Surveying, Property and Maintenance Level 3, member of a relevant professional body e. g. RICS or CIOB, eligible to work in the UK

Pre/post-inspection and reports for responsive repairs
Pre/post-inspection and reports for void works
Pre/post-inspection and reports for cyclical repairs
Consulting and engaging with customers and leaseholders
Consulting and engaging with internal and external stakeholders
Plan and coordinate repair
and construction work
Undertake building and technical surveys
Determine building condition and identify defects
Identify associated risks
Carry out major void inspections
Ensure work is completed in line with KPIs
Make recommendations based on survey findings
