What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Diploma in Surveying, Property and Maintenance Level 3, member of a relevant professional body e. g. RICS or CIOB, eligible to work in the UK, reside in England or Wales

Consulting and engaging with customers

Plan and coordinate construction work
Undertake building surveys
Undertake technical surveys
Determine building condition
Identify associated risks
Carry out major void inspections
Ensure work is completed in line with KPIs
Make recommendations based on survey findings
