What They're Looking For.
Must Have
HNC, HND or Degree in Surveying, Construction-related discipline, MCIOB and post-qualification experience, PCAQT and HHSRS qualification, Understanding of building pathology, Diagnose complex works, Current knowledge of housing legislation, Building legislation, CDM client and design side experience, Diagnosing property condition, Scoping for remedial works, Working with DLO teams, Working with contractors, Ability to drive, Access to own vehicle
Nice to Have
Willingness to complete PCAQT and HHSRS after joining
