What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Diploma in Surveying, Property and Maintenance Level 3, member of a relevant professional body e. g. RICS or CIOB

Pre/post-inspection and reports for responsive repairs
Void works and cyclical repairs
Consulting and engaging with customers and leaseholders
Engaging with internal and external stakeholders
Plan and coordinate repair
and construction work
Undertake building and technical surveys
Determine building condition and identify defects
Carry out major void inspections
Ensure work is completed in line with KPIs
