Eligibility Requirements

Must be available for one of the following shifts (start and end times are approximate): A Shift – 5: 00am-5: 00pm, Sunday-Wednesday Shift – 5: 00am-5: 00pm, Wednesday-Saturday C Shift – 5: 00pm-5: 00am, Sunday-Wednesday D Shift – 5: 00pm-5: 00am, Wednesday-Saturday, Ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed, Able to travel for business trips up to 10% on an ongoing basis, Ability to lift 25 lbs. unassisted, Ability stoop, bend, crawl, and being able to maneuver in tight spaces, Must be willing to work onsite, remote work not considered, Must be a (i) U. S. citizen or national, (ii) U. S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder), (iii) Refugee under 8 U. S. C. § 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U. S. C. § 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U. S. Department of State.

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of professional experience in machining, maintenance, or production/manufacturing; OR 5+ years of professional experience in machining, maintenance, or production/manufacturing, 2+ years of experience in a direct leadership role

Nice to Have

Degree in an engineering discipline, Ability to effectively communicate (verbal and written) with engineering and production teams, Ability to adapt to constant changing work assignments and a fast paced work environment, Experience applying lean manufacturing principles, and efficiency methods

What You'll Do.

Build and lead a competent team

Create and update PM work plans

Support the engineers/planner with establishing corrective maintenance

Partner with engineering team

Build a spares inventory

Supervising the execution of all maintenance work

Troubleshooting as needed

Develop and manage metrics

Responsible for verifying all activities

Establish possible residual effects

Responsible for root cause analysis reports

Assign the correct skills to each situation

Report and keep a daily log of activities

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Communicate progress to the stakeholders; Partner with engineering team; Support the scheduler to assign technicians and contractors; feedback learning and improvement opportunities to the maintenance engineers and asset owners
