What You'll Do.

Supervise and coordinate physical maintenance

About this role: The Maintenance Supervisor supervises and coordinates activities of all phases of the physical maintenance of an income producing multi-family property. This includes but is not limited to; the general maintenance of the property, daily cleaning of all common areas, completing all interior paints upon turnover of units, supervision of maintenance staff members (when applicable), prioritizing and assigning work schedules, expense control, and adherence to preventive maintenance programs and required state and federal safety programs. A valid driver's license is required, as this position involves travel between properties. Hourly pay range/Salary range: $30.00 - $33.00 DOE What you’ll do - Includes but are not limited to: Directs in all aspects of property maintenance, including preventative, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance. Prepares or assists in preparing all market-ready apartments in regard to painting, carpet cleaning, general repairs, housekeeping, etc. within
