What You'll Do.
Supervise and coordinate physical maintenance
Oversee general property maintenance
Direct daily cleaning of common areas
Complete interior paints upon unit turnover
Supervise maintenance staff
Prioritize and assign work schedules
Adhere to preventive maintenance programs
Adhere to safety programs
Direct all aspects of property maintenance
Prepare market-ready apartments
Perform preventative maintenance functions
Record findings in maintenance log
Maintain inventory control of tools

About this role: The Maintenance Supervisor supervises and coordinates activities of all phases of the physical maintenance of an income producing multi-family property. This includes but is not limited to; the general maintenance of the property, daily cleaning of all common areas, completing all interior paints upon turnover of units, supervision of maintenance staff members (when applicable), prioritizing and assigning work schedules, expense control, and adherence to preventive maintenance programs and required state and federal safety programs. A valid driver's license is required, as this position involves travel between properties. Hourly pay range/Salary range: $30.00 - $33.00 DOE What you’ll do - Includes but are not limited to: Directs in all aspects of property maintenance, including preventative, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance.
