Must Have

The Maintenance and Reliability Supervisor is responsible for planning, organizing, scheduling, assigning and reviewing maintenance work; perform a variety of responsible duties related to the supervision of maintenance activities; as well as train, supervise and evaluate the work of employees. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Implement new equipment technologies for manufacturing and quality improvements including equipment upgrades, process technologies, tooling, and manufacturing techniques. * Supervise and plan the installation, testing, operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and process within the facility. * Coordinate product and process design and changes. * Confer with management, production, and marketing/sales staff to discuss project specifications and procedures. * Analyze technology, resources, needs, and market and customer demands, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects. * Perform administrative functions such as reviewing and writing reports, enforcing rules, and assisting in decisions about the purchase of materials or services. * Present and ex
