Regular shift hours: 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM, Monday through Friday, Including one weekend per month on duty, as needed, on a rotational basis, Supervisors are required to report for duty 30 minutes before to the start of their shift and remain on duty for 30 minutes after the end of their shift, Ability to work flexible hours including weekends (on rotational basis), as needed
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
minimum of five (5) years industrial maintenance experience within Dairy, Food, and/or Beverage industry, Working knowledge of boilers, refrigeration, PLCs, electrical, cooling towers, ammonia compressors and packaging equipment, Skills required in electronics, instrumentation and electrical systems and troubleshooting, reading electrical schematics and understand ladder logic, Ability to calculate basic mathematical equations and formulas, Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices, Experience leading and following Safety/Security Policies and Procedures, Ability to follow all Sanitation and Quality Policies and Procedures, and report and follow through on any deficiencies, Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Maintenance Planning software, Excellent verbal/written communication skills, Ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational ability to lead others through change, Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, Skill in organization and prioritization, and attention to detail, Ability to select, lead, coach, influence, motivate, develop, engage and retain a team of employees, Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions, Ability to understand cost containment and budgetary principles, Ability to work flexible hours including weekends (on rotational basis), as needed
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, SAP preferred
What You'll Do.
Supervise maintenance employees on assigned shifts
Ensure effective delivery of maintenance services
Support production in a 24/7 operation

Collaborate with plant engineer

Supervise maintenance and capital projects
Utilize mechanical and electrical expertise
Maintain production systems
buildings and grounds
Utilize computerized maintenance management system
Optimize asset utilization through scheduled preventative maintenance
Ensure utilities are in proper working order
Implement corrective actions
Remain current with industry regulations and codes
Ensure corporate policies and standards are followed
Complete all paperwork
Maintain current technical documentation
Monitor and enforce policies and plant rules

Provide management of employees
Evaluate Maintenance personnel skills and abilities
Assist Manager with developing training programs
Adhere to Saputo code of ethics
Perform other duties as assigned

Collaborates with the plant engineer, maintenance manager, and facility management; Monitor and enforce policies, plant rules and programs with employees, contractors, vendors, consultants and suppliers; team player and leader with the ability to work across multiple functions and disciplines
