Supervises maintenance personnel, Ensures reliable operation of plant, Inspect machines for conformance, Ensures building and machinery are functional, Ensures plant systems are operating, Develop preventative maintenance plans, Requisition tools and supplies, Monitor completion of PM tasks, Interview and hire new team members, Coach and discipline employees, Appraise employee performance, Train maintenance associates, Ensure employees are trained in safety, Develop workforce to train line leads, Maintain attendance records, Review and approve timekeeping, Ensure procedures and policies are followed, Maintain a safe and healthy environment, Maintain a clean work area, Instruct on safety procedures, Document employee accidents, Wear Personal Protective Equipment, Provide hands on leadership, Build and support safety culture, Communicate with peers and leaders

Supervise repairs and maintenance
Supervise building and grounds maintenance
Inspect machines and equipment
Ensure building and machinery are functional
Ensure plant systems are operating
Offer suggestions for equipment modifications
Develop preventative maintenance plans
Requisition tools and supplies
Monitor completion of PM tasks
Ensure proper staffing is maintained
Interview and hire new team members
Coach and discipline employees
Appraise employee performance
Train maintenance associates
Ensure employees are trained in safety
Develop workforce to train line leads
Maintain attendance records
Counsel employees with poor attendance
Review and approve timekeeping
Ensure procedures and policies are followed
Maintain a safe and healthy environment
Maintain a clean work area
Instruct Maintenance Technicians on safety
Document all on-site employee accidents
Provide hands on leadership
Build and support a culture
Encourage team member initiative
Communicate with peers and leaders

As a working Supervisor, this position will provide direction, establishing priorities, assigns tasks, coordinates work projects and the work of other maintenance personnel to ensure safe and effective use of manpower. Ensures reliable operation of plant/warehouse and equipment.
