What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Prior Supervisory experience required, Valid driver's license required, One-year certificate from college or technical or two years related experience and/or or equivalent combination of education and experience, Minimum of 1 year experience working on a PC
Nice to Have
1+ years of Property Maintenance Experience preferred
What You'll Do.
Oversee property maintenance
Prepare market-ready apartments
Perform preventive maintenance tasks
Maintain detailed records
Ensure accurate inventory control
Use personal protective equipment
Conduct apartment move-in inspections
Conduct apartment move-out inspections
Ensure timely completion of maintenance requests
Adhere to monthly preventive maintenance directives
Maintain familiarity with utility shutoffs
Post maps of utility shutoffs
Ensure staff trained on utility shutoffs
Seek approval for expenditures
Perform on-call emergency services
Ensure community curb appeal
Ensure grounds cleanliness
Ensure laundry room cleanliness
Ensure pool cleanliness
Ensure spa cleanliness
Ensure recreation room cleanliness
Ensure common area cleanliness
Comply with injury prevention policies
Comply with illness prevention policies
Maintain Material Safety Data Sheets
Supervise maintenance staff
Train maintenance staff
Evaluate maintenance staff
Collaborate with Property Manager
