About this role: The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating all phases of physical maintenance for a multi-family property. Responsibilities include general maintenance, supervision of maintenance staff (if applicable), prioritizing work schedules, expense control, adherence to preventive maintenance programs, and compliance with state and federal safety programs. A valid driver's license is required, as this position involves travel between properties. Hourly pay range: $33.00 - $36.00 DOE What you’ll do - Includes but are not limited to: General Maintenance Duties: Oversee all aspects of property maintenance, including preventive, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance. Prepare or assist in preparing market-ready apartments (painting, carpet cleaning, repairs, housekeeping) within 3-5 days of vacancy.
