What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Technical Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Maintenance, 3 years of experience in maintenance supervisory role, Experience leading and supervising maintenance personnel, Experience working with suppliers and external service providers, Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and industrial maintenance systems, Experience with preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs, Knowledge of EAM systems or CMMS, Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Problem-solving, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills
Nice to Have
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Experience in metalworking, industrial manufacturing, wire and cable, Basic AutoCAD knowledge, English proficiency
What You'll Do.
Assign and coordinate preventive maintenance activities

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for providing the resources, coordination, and leadership necessary to ensure maintenance activities are executed safely, efficiently, and effectively. This position manages preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs while overseeing the operation, preservation, and repair of machinery, equipment, facilities, and utility systems to support business objectives and ensure operational continuity.
