Maintain and organize an active spare parts inventory
Create and follow safe SOPs
and Lock-Out-Tag-Out procedures
Work with technicians
and engineers to document critical failure points and establish preventative solutions

As Maintenance Supervisor you will be responsible for establishing and performing PM procedures throughout the facility. You will utilize a computerized maintenance management system to record, schedule, and document proactive and reactive maintenance events. You will use a variety of hand and power tools while maintaining a safe and organized working environment. Responsibilities Build a comprehensive understanding of R&D processing equipment to establish a reoccurring PM schedule Perform preventative and corrective maintenance actions on a variety of industrial and laboratory equipment Document, schedule, and create work orders using a CMMS platform Maintain and organize an active spare parts inventory Create and follow safe SOPs, Work instructions, and Lock-Out-Tag-Out procedures Work with technicians, operators, and engineers to document critical failure points and establish preventative solutions Responsibilities and tasks outlined are not exhaustive and may change as determined by the needs of the business Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience leading maintenance operations in an industrial environment High school diploma or equivalent Experience with various hand and power tools Experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems Must be able to maintain and document maintenance actions through a CMMS platform Experience organizing and maintaining a spare parts inventory Must be a U.
