What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years heavy industrial maintenance experience, Industrial electrical and mechanical troubleshooting experience on automated manufacturing equipment, Experience in welding and fabrication, Experience with Microsoft Office, CMMS, & ERP systems
Nice to Have
2+ years leadership or supervisory experience, Industrial electrical experience in PLC’s and plant automation, Ability to support multiple shifts
What You'll Do.
Plan and oversee daily maintenance activities
Plan and schedule maintenance activities
Lead maintenance teams and external vendors
Train maintenance personnel
Ensure compliance with safety procedures
Lead breakdown response efforts
Prioritize critical repairs
Monitor spare parts inventory
Monitor maintenance supply needs
Connect to PLCs and VFDs
Monitor inputs/outputs
Support production troubleshooting
Perform root cause analysis
Support equipment modifications
Manage outside contractors
Oversee service providers
Develop preventive maintenance procedures
Improve preventive maintenance procedures
Develop predictive maintenance procedures
