What You'll Do.
Assist in maintenance and upkeep
Coordinate and perform refurbishments
Coordinate repairs in apartment
Coordinate repairs in common area
Assist in supervision of landscaping
Coordinate removal of garbage
Coordinate removal of trash
Ensure compliance with building codes
Ensure compliance with safety standards
Ensure compliance with OSHA
Ensure compliance with EPA
Ensure compliance with fire codes
Ensure compliance with health safety codes
Understand role in Safety & Disaster Plan
Assist in preparation of budget
Assist in maintenance of budget
Maintain inventory controls
Ensure staff adhere to uniform standards
Ensure staff adhere to grooming standards
Maintain positive working relationship with contractors
Maintain positive working relationship with vendors
Maintain positive working relationship with residents
Maintain positive working relationship with visitors
Maintain positive working relationship with families
Maintain positive working relationship with co-workers
Strive to maintain safe working environment
Prevention of accidents
Preservation of equipment
Achievement of safe working practices
Adhere to all policies
