What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of multifamily or student housing maintenance experience, EPA Certification (Type II or Universal), Experience with student housing turn, Ability to lead large-scale turn operations, Ability to lift 50+ pounds, Valid driver’s license
Nice to Have
1+ year in a supervisory or lead role, CPO certification
What You'll Do.
Oversee property maintenance operations
Lead on-site maintenance team
Manage vendor relationships
Drive preventive maintenance programs
Ensure efficient execution of turns
and develop technicians
Schedule and prioritize work orders
Ensure timely completion of service requests
Implement and manage preventive maintenance programs
Lead and execute student housing turn process
and supervise third-party contractors
Monitor maintenance budget and inventory
Ensure compliance with regulations
Maintain OSHA standards and safety protocols
Respond to emergencies
