100% on-site, PM Shift. 11pm-7am Friday-Tuesday (off Wed/Thurs), Flexibility required, Willingness to work off shift (including nights, weekends, and/or holidays), flow to the work as needed, manufacturing environment, noise level can be loud, Regularly required to talk and hear, Frequently required to walk, use hands and fingers to handle or and reach, Occasionally required to climb or and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, Able to lift objects up to 50 pounds frequently, May push and pull heavy objects, Specific vision abilities required
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High school diploma or equivalent, 1 year of relevant experience supervising technical/maintenance individuals, Demonstrated experience teaching and leading others, 2 years of industrial maintenance experience, technical and mechanical ability, including problem solving and troubleshooting capabilities
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Prior experience in food manufacturing, Project management experience
What You'll Do.
Supervise and train maintenance personnel
Plan and direct engineering and maintenance activities
Provide problem solving expertise
Execute predictive and preventative PM programs
Direct and deploy technical resources
Build mastery level skills in technicians
Ensure technical documentation is in place
Create necessary PMs and SOPs
Provide technical expertise and guidance
Collaborate with Area Leaders
Administrator of timekeeping
